Grade R Resource Brief
Grade R Foundation Phase Book Covers IsiXhosa hgp-227
Grade R Foundation Phase Book Covers IsiXhosa is a Grade R printable set. Grade R is the reception year of the South African Foundation Phase, the year before Grade 1, and the work is built around play, routine and the first formal skills in Home Language, Mathematics and Life Skills. The document is made up of printable pages rather than running text, so there is nothing to read before printing it.
The file is 16 pages long and is not tied to a single term. Every page carries a footer linking back to mycourses.co.za, so a printed copy can always be traced back to where it came from. Print it single-sided if learners are going to write on it.
Used as part of the Teacher Admin programme, this printable set gives a Grade R class structured practice rather than loose activities. Work through it in order: the pages build on each other, and the early ones assume less than the later ones. For a parent at home, one or two pages a day is enough at this age.
