Difference between Vectors and Scalars

  • SCALAR QUANTITIES – Scalars are physical quantities that have magnitude (size) only (NO DIRECTION).

Examples:

SI UNIT
Timet
seconds (s)
Massm
kilogram (kg)
Temperaturet
Degrees Celsius (C)
Distanced
