    3. their possessions seized; or
    4. (the privacy of their communications infringed.
  5. Freedom of religion, belief and opinion – Everyone has the right to freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief and opinion
  6. Freedom of expression – Everyone has the right to freedom of expression,
