Sport and Exercise Science is defined as the holistic and systematic study of the human body, including its physiological, biomechanical, psychological, sociological and motor development aspects in relation to human movement. Its core content areas are Anatomy and Physiology, Training and Biomechanics, Psychology and Ethics, Nutrition, and Health, Injuries and Rehabilitation.
